摘　　要：目的探讨上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)和层黏连蛋白(LN)在葡萄胎中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测74例葡萄胎中E-cad和LN的表达情况。结果在葡萄胎中E-cad的正常表达率为53.3%,LN的强表达率为80%。E-cad与葡萄胎的妊娠时间及病理分型无关;LN与葡萄胎的孕周有关,但与病理类型无关。结论E-cad及LN的异常表达与葡萄胎的发生有关,结合E-cad与LN有助于提高葡萄胎的诊断率,对E-cad与LN表达的监测有助于预测葡萄胎的发展趋势。Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin and laminin in hydaditiform mole and its significance. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and laminin in 74 cases of hydatidiform mole patients was investigated by using immunohistological staining method. Results 53.3% of hydatidiform mole cases showed normal expression of E-cadherin, but 80% showed over-expression of laminin. There was no significant relationship between expression of E-cadherin in hydatidiform mole and its clinical-pathological parameter; however, correlation existed between expression of laminin and gestational week of mole, but no relationship was found between laminin and pathological classification of mole. Conclusion There might be some relation between the abnormal expression of E-cadherin and laminin with the development of mole. The combination of E-cadherin with laminin might be helpful to make the diagnosis of mole, and even be a useful marker to monitor the curative effect and judge the prognosis of the patients.
