摘 要:稻谷黄熟85%~90%、稻谷水分23%~25%时为适时收割期。过早收割不仅产量低,而且青米、基白米多;过晚收割,特别是晴雨突变,裂纹米、茶色米多,透明度低,光泽差,食味变劣。干燥速度过快(减干率在0.8%/h以上)或形成过干燥米,均严重地产生裂纹米。裂纹米在精白过程中几乎全部变为碎米、屑米,造成外观品质低下,食味品质变劣,形成等外级米,蒙受巨大经济损失。lt is optimum reaping period when 8 5%~90%of unhusked rice become yellow and watercontain account to 23%~25%, Reaping in advance not only result in lower yeild but also much green rice-grain and top-bottom white rlcegrain. Later reaping result in much cracked rice-grain and tea-colour rice-grain,lower transparency,bad luster,thus bad taste,Rapid drying rate sharply result in currence of crackedrice-grain. Because almost all cracked rice-grain become fragmentary rice and rice polishings in the whitenprocess;Correspondly,appearance quality and taste quality become bad, thus resulting in serious economicloss.
