荚膜对人牙周膜成纤维细胞在牙根面上附着的影响

摘　　要：为研究有关口腔厌氧菌荚膜对牙周膜成纤维细胞在牙根面附着的影响，作者以胎盼蓝染色后的色度测量，观察了３种口腔厌氧菌荚膜对人牙周膜成纤维细胞在根面上附着的影响。结果显示：牙龈卟啉菌荚膜抑制作用最强，中间型普里沃氏菌荚膜其次，牙髓卟啉菌荚膜作用最弱。３种荚膜组与正常对照组的色度差分别为１１．１３、８．２８和４．０９。其影响机制可能包括对成纤维细胞的直接生长抑制和由于牙根表面性质改变导致的附着减少。重度牙周病组仅有少量细胞附着，与对照组形成明显对比，推测可能由于包括荚膜在内的毒素长期作用，导致牙周病牙根面性质改变而使成纤维细胞难以正常附着。InhibitionofatachmentofhumanperiodontalligamentfibroblaststorootsurfacebythrecapsulesweredeterminedwiththemethodsoftrypanblueandL*a*b*colordiferencemea-surement.Theresultsshowedthatcapsulefromporphyromonasgingivaliswasthestrongestoneininhibi-tingatachmentandfolowedbytheonefromprovotalaintermedia.Capsulefromporphy-romonasendodontoliswastheweakestone.Thevaluesofcolordiferencefromthatofcontrolrootsurfacewere11.13,8.28and4.09respectively.Inhibitorymechanismofcapsulesmayincludeadi-rectgrowthinhibitionoffibroblastsandadecreaseinatachmentduetochangesofrootsurfaceprop-erties.Therewereafewfibroblastsatachedtorootsurfacewithprogresiveperiodontitis,thiswasasharpcontrastwiththatofcontrolrootsruface.Wededucethatlongtermafectionsoftoxinsin-cludingcapsulesandothersubstancesledtochangesofrootsurfacewithperiodontitis,whichmadefibroblastsdificulttoatach.
