人粘液表皮样癌MEC-1细胞HMBA诱导分化的研究

摘　　要：粘液表皮样癌是最多发的涎腺恶性肿瘤。本实验以六亚甲基二乙酰胺（Ｈｅｘａｍｅｔｈｙｌｅｎｅｂｉｓａｃｅｔａｍｉｄｅ，ＨＭＢＡ）作分化诱导剂，对人粘液表皮样癌细胞系ＭＥＣ－１细胞进行诱导。经对细胞生长动力学、细胞形态学、ＤＮＡ含量等指标观察，结果显示，在ＨＭＢＡ作用下ＭＥＣ－１细胞有向成熟细胞分化的趋势，表明ＨＭＢＡ具有体外诱导ＭＥＣ－１细胞分化的作用。Mucoepidermoidcarcinomaisthemostcommonmalignanttumorofsalivaryglands.Inthisreport,weusedhexamethylenebisacetamide(HMBA)asainducertoinducehumanmucoepi-dermoidcarcinomacellineMEC-1celstodiferentiate.Thegrowthkinetics,morphologicalchangesandDNAcontentsofthecelswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthatHMBA-treatedMEC-1celstendtobecomematurecels,implyingthatHMBAcaninducediferentiationofMEC-1celsinvitro.
