摘 要:目的改进手术技术,简化模型制作程序,提高动脉瘤模型制作成功率。方法运用改进的手术技术将犬的颈外静脉囊吻合到颈总动脉(CCA)建立动脉瘤(AN)模型,包括:侧壁型15个,分叉部6个,末端型6个,术后7~14d行影像学检查,大体观察证实动脉瘤的形成情况。结果术后动物全部健康成活,建立AN模型27个,制作成功率90%(27/30)。模型可持续存在达9周。结论显微手术技术对模型形成的影响很大,该改进方法制作的模型较为理想,能模仿出人类动脉瘤的血流动力学,瘤体大小及载瘤动脉管径,且能进行常规导管介入神经外科操作。Objective To improve surgical technique and simplify construction process in order to increase the successful rate of the canine saccular aneurysm model construction. Methods External jugular vein pouch and common carotid artery were Anastomosized by using improved surgical technique, and the aneurysm (AN) models were established, including15 lateral types, 6 bifurcation types, and 6 terminal types. The images of these models were obtained 7-14 days after operations, and the aneurysm formation were approved by gross observation. Results All animals were alive after operation, and 27 AN models were established with the successful rate being 90% (27/30). The model could exist for 9 weeks and 5 days. Conclusion Surgical technique has great impact on the formation of models. AN models created by this improved method are ideal for imitating the hemadynamics, the size of aneurysm and parent arteries in the human beings, and can be performed routine interventional operation by using catheters.
