摘 要:目的通过肌电图测试了解线性总义齿和解剖式总义齿修复患者的咀嚼肌肌电活动。方法利用EMG对30例线性牙合总义齿和30例解剖式牙合总义齿修复患者测量双侧嚼肌和颞肌前束在正中颌位大力咬合及咀嚼循环时的肌电图。结果在正中颌位大力咬合时,线性总义齿修复组颞肌前束肌电值高于解剖式总义齿修复组,尤以牙槽嵴吸收严重的患者最为明显(P<0.05);在咀嚼运动循环中,线性总义齿咀嚼周期的间歇期短于解剖式总义齿(P<0.05)。结论线性总义齿修复有利于咀嚼肌功能的发挥。Objective To learn the muscular activities of patients wearing linear occlusal dentures and anatomic occlusal dentures. Methods Muscular activities of two groups, 30 patients wearing linear occlusal dentures and 30 patients wearing anatomic occlusal dentures, were recorded by electromyography (EMG). Results The peak value of anterior temporal muscle of linear occlusal dentures with severe resorption of residual ridge was higher than that of anatomic occlusal dentures ( P 〈 0.05 ). The interval duration of mastication of linear occlusal dentures was shorter than that of anatomic occlusal dentures in the mastication movement cycle( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The results demonstrate that linear occlusal dentures can improve the function of masticatory muscles and therefore strengthen the mastication performance.
