摘　　要：目的观察Sjgren综合征(Sjgren’ssyndrome,SS)涎腺组织和正常涎腺组织中芳香化酶的表达与分布,探讨芳香化酶在SS性激素代谢紊乱中的作用,并为临床上采用芳香化酶抑制剂治疗SS提供参考。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测23例SS涎腺组织和16例正常涎腺组织中芳香化酶的表达情况。结果SS组与正常组芳香化酶染色阳性率分别为69.57%(16/23)和32.25%(5/16),两组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在SS和正常涎腺组织中,均存在芳香化酶的表达,芳香化酶在SS涎腺组织中表达升高。在SS涎腺组织中,过高表达的芳香化酶可能使局部雄激素转化为雌激素的过程加剧,从而造成ER表达的升高和AR表达的下降。Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of cytochrome P450 aromatase in salivary tissue of Sjoegren＇ s syndrome （SS）, to explore the role of the aromatase in abnormalities of the metabolism of sex bormones in SS, and to provide theoretical evidences for treating SS by aromatase inhibitor. Methods Aromatase in salivary tissue was detected by SP immunohistochernical staining from 23 patients with SS and 16 normal controls. Results Positive rates of aromatase in salivary tissue from the SS patients and the controls were 69.57% and 31.25%, respectively, The difference between the SS patients and the controls was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There were expressions of aromatase in both SS and normal salivary glands. The expression was increased in the SS. In SS salivary tissue, the overexpression of aromatase may accelerate the process of conversion from androgen to estrogen, which leads to an increase in ER and a decrease in AR.
