摘　　要：本文从研究铜（Ⅱ）、9种有代表性的氨基酸及其络合物的紫外光谱性质着手，探讨了络合物的组成，用计算校正的方法获得了络合物的吸光度，并进一步测定了络合物的组成比及稳定常数。Based on the study of the ultraviolet-spectral property of Cu (Ⅱ), nine amino acids and their complexes, the compostition of these complexes was discussed. The calculated and corrected method was set up to obtain the true absorbance of these complexes, and their compositions and stability constants were determined.
