摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会这一重要思想贯彻到高等学校,就是要坚持“以人为本”,构建和谐高校。本文重点探讨如何理解构建和谐高校,怎样实现高校人的和谐、高校人与高校环境的和谐、高校与社会的和谐问题。In order to carry out the spirit of constructing harmonious society in our country, the universities should insist on people-oriented management to set up the harmonious universities. The thesis emphasizes on how to understand constructing harmonious Universities, how to realize the harmony of persons in Universities, etc.
