褐毛鱨胚胎发育及仔、稚、幼鱼发育形态研究

摘　　要：褐毛鱨受精卵在水温25.8℃～26.5℃,盐度32的条件下,孵化时间为17 h 30 min,胚胎发育分为28期;在室内人工育苗,培育水温为23.8℃～26.2℃,盐度23～28,饵料依次为牡蛎幼虫、经营养强化的轮虫、卤虫幼体、桡足类的条件下,4日龄全长2.80mm进入仔鱼后期,18日龄全长10.50mm进入稚鱼期,25日龄全长23.00 mm,全身鳞被完整进入幼鱼期.The fertilized eggs of the dusky roncador （Megalonibeafusca） hatched out in 17h 30min at temperature of 25.8 - 26.5℃ and salinity of 32. The embryonic development was divided into 28 stages. Temperature ranged from 23.8℃ to 26.2℃ and salinity from 23 to 28 respectively during larval rearing. Oyster trochophores, enriched rotifers, artemia and copepods were fed to the larvae. 4 - days larva developed into post larval with a total body length of 2. 80 mm. 18 - days larva developed into juvenile stage with a total body length of 10.50mm. The body of 25 - days larva was entirely covered with scales, measuring 23.0 mm in total body length.
