血管内介入诊疗技术在空回肠动脉出血中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内介入诊疗技术在空、回肠动脉出血中临床应用的意义。方法:本文对13例拟诊为空回肠动脉出血的患者行肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉造影,其中6例通过介入诊疗技术定位、指导下行病变切除术。结果:2例无异常发现,阳性发现11例,其中恶性病变2例,分别为空肠间质细胞瘤、空回肠淋巴瘤;良性病变9例,7例为血管畸形,其中2例合并动脉瘤;小肠息肉2例。结论:介入诊疗技术对空回肠出血的诊断有独到之处,对指导外科手术具有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the clinical application of interventional technology in jejunum and ileum bleeding. Methods： 13 patients who were given SMA and IMA angiography,6 patients received operation with the resection of lesion plaec.Rtsults： Of all 13 patients, 11 had the positive signs in angiography including 2 malignant （1 with lymphoma and 1 with interstitial ceUuar tumor）and 9 benign ones（7 with malformation of blood vessels and 2 with intestinal polyp）. Conclusion：The interventional technology is heful in diagnods d small intestinal bleeding and guidance of operation.
