摘　　要：目的:分析5例食管癌放疗后发生瘘的患者行支架治疗的死亡原因。方法:回顾性分析食管癌支架治疗的并发症和死亡原因。结果:5例患者均成功封堵瘘口,提高了生活质量,但均因并发症而在短期内死亡。结论:食管癌放疗后瘘一旦发生,治疗棘手,行支架治疗必须慎重考虑。Objective：Tu analyze the death cause of five patients dealt with self-expandable metallic stents with esophageal fistulas after radiotherapy. Methods：To analyze the complications and the death cause with stents placement retrospectively. Results：Fistulas were sealed successfully after the placement of stents. Patients had a better quality of life, but died of the complications in a short time. Conclusion：Esophageal fistulas after radiotherapy brought a difficult therapy, placement of stents should be deliberated,
