脑星形细胞瘤瘤周水肿与肿瘤血管生成的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨星形细胞瘤瘤周水肿与肿瘤血管生成及病理分级的相关性.方法分析了60例经病理证实及免疫组化染色的星形细胞瘤的瘤周水肿与微血管密度(MVD)、肿瘤恶性程度、部位和大小的关系.结果瘤周水肿与MVD、肿瘤的良恶性、部位及大小呈正相关,Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤的瘤周水肿轻,Ⅱ～Ⅳ级瘤周水肿明显;位于皮髓交界区的肿瘤,瘤周水肿最明显;肿瘤越大,水肿越明显.结论星形细胞瘤瘤周水肿与MVD、病理分级、部位及大小关系密切,Ⅱ度以上的瘤周水肿,97.4%为Ⅱ～Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤;肿瘤直径大于5.8 cm,多为Ⅱ～Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤.Objective To study the correlation between CT signs of peritumorous edema and the tumor angiogenesis and the pathologic grading in astrocytomas. Methods The relationship between the edema and the microvascular density（MVD） ,malignant degree,location, size of the tumor in 60 cases with pathologically and immunohistochemical technique proved astroglioma was analyzed. Results Edema around astrocytomas had a positive correlation with the tumor angiogenesis,good malignant of tumor.location and size. Grade Ⅰastrogiioma was mild edema;Grade Ⅱ - Ⅳ were marked edema;The tumor between white matter and gray matter was marked edema;The greater the tumor was, the greater its edema was. Conclusion Edema around Astrocytomas has a close correlation with the tumor angiogenesis,pathological grade.location and size.97.4% Ⅱ° and Ⅲ° edema are grade Ⅱ -Ⅳ as- troglioma; Most tumours whose diameter over 5.7cm are grade Ⅱ -Ⅳ astroglioma.
