摘　　要：目的研究几种常见的癌症患者血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)测定的临床价值。方法应用德国仪器公司ThrombolyzerCompactX型全自动血凝分析仪检测患者血浆200例;对照组选自我院正常体检者,且无肝、心、肾功能异常者病例100例。结果肝癌组、胆囊癌组、血液病组以及其他有肝转移或肝损伤的癌症组血凝指标异常,与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),病情越严重差异越显著。其他无肝损伤的各癌症组血凝指标正常,与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血凝四项指标检测,可直接反映癌症患者肝功能状况,肝细胞受损程度,肝脏有无衰竭以及有无肝转移,为患者预后评估和死亡的发生提供更确切的信息和依据。Objective To study the clinical value of detecting several common cancer patients＇ protothrombin time（ PT）, thrombin time （TT）, active part thrombin time（APTF） and fibrinogen （FIB）. Methods A automated coagulation analyzer of type Thrombolyzer Compact X made in Germany is used to detect 200 cancer patients＇plasma which is compared with 100 normal physical examination people without any abnormal liver, heart and kidney＇s function. Results The blood coagulation index in liver cancer group, cholecyst cancer group, blood cancer group and other liver metastasis or liver damage group is abnormal. It has marked difference compared with the normal group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The worse patient＇s condition is , the bigger marked difference is. The blood coagulation index in other cancer groups with no liver damage is normal. It has no marked difference compared with the normal group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The detection of the four blood coagulation indexes can directly reflect cancer patients＇liver function and the damage extent of liver cells. It also reflects whether the cancer patients have liver failure and liver metastasis or not. It can provide more exact information and basis for patients＇prognosis evaluation and death happening.
