摘  要:目的:研究和评价啮齿动物营养性铁缺乏模型的构建。方法:测定我国不同地区谷物铁含量,按照AIN-93标准配制基础饲料,添加矿物质和维生素,获得不同铁含量的成品饲料。采用健康4周龄断乳SD大鼠,分为雌、雄两组,每组再分为铁缺乏组(IDA组)和正常铁含量组(C组)。结果:铁缺乏成品饲料的铁含量为13.5 mg/kg,饲喂1个月后,IDA组出现明显的缺铁状态:红细胞呈小细胞低色素形态,血红蛋白含量约为90 g/L,血浆铁含量显著降低,总铁结合力显著升高,肝脏和脾脏的非血红素铁显著降低。结论:按照AIN-93标准应用合成谷物饲料配制铁缺乏饲料方法可行,无须其他辅助措施可以复制营养性铁缺乏模型。Objective: To study and evaluation of nutritional iron deficient model in rodents. Methods: After screening out low iron feedstuff by analyzing iron contents in different area in China, in term of AIN-93 formula including minerals and vitamins, iron deficient diet was accessed. Healthy four-month Sprague-Dawley weanling rats were randomly divided into two groups (male or female group) , and then each group was divided into two subgroups (control group and IDA group) to form four groups. Results: The iron content in iron deficient diet was 13.5 mg/kg. After feeding for one month, IDA was obviously observed in both IDA groups with red blood cells in the form of low coloring matter and small cells and blood hemoglobin concentration under 90 g/L, as well as significantly decreased plasma iron content and total iron binding capacity with the decreased non-heme iron contents in the liver and spleen. Conclusion: It was feasibility to make iron deficient diet using native sources on basis of AIN-93 formula, and successfully repro- duced IDA without any assistant methods.
