改革毕业设计教学过程 提高学生创新能力

摘　　要：目前毕业设计教学过程中存在着不适应创新能力培养的问题。要有效地解决这一问题,应构建有利于创新能力培养的毕业设计教学体系,运用一般指导与具体讨论相结合的教学方法,建立有利于创新能力培养的毕业设计考核体系和激励机制,并着力打造一支有利于培养学生创新能力的师资队伍。At present, there is something in graduation project teaching that prevents from cultivating students ability to innovate. This problem can be solved by taking the following measures： formulating a teaching system and an evaluation and incentive system for graduation project favorable for bringing out creativity in students, combining general guidance and detailed discussion in teaching process and building a high-quality contingent of teachers capable of improving students＇ ability to innovate.
