摘  要:以二羟基二过碘酸合镍(Ⅳ)钾为氧化剂,大豆蛋白质主链肽键为还原剂,组成氧化还原引发体系,于碱性介质中引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)在大豆蛋白质(SP)上接枝共聚合反应。考察了引发剂浓度、MMA与SP的质量比、反应温度和反应时间对接枝参数的影响,获得了最佳反应条件:引发剂Ni(Ⅳ)的浓度1.49×10^(-3)mol/L,单体MMA与底物SP的质量比65.2:1,反应温度35℃,反应时间60 min。在最佳反应条件下,合成了高接枝参数的共聚物,并通过红外光谱对该共聚物结构进行了表征。Graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) onto soybean protein(sp) was studied, using potas- sium diperiodatonickelate( Ⅳ) - soybean protein redox system as initiator in alkali solution. The effects of reaction conditions such as initiator concentration, mass ratio of MMA to SP, reaction temperature and time on the graft parameters were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the concentration of Ni (Ⅳ) 1.49×10^-3 mol/L, mass ratio of MMA to SP 65.2: 1, reaction temperature 35℃ and reaction time 60 min. The graft copolymer SP - g - PMMA with high graft parameters was obtained. The structure of SP - g - PMMA was characterized by infrared spectra. A tentative initiation mechanism was proposed to explain the graft copolymerization.
