摘  要:目的利用红外成像仪测定ObturaⅡ热牙胶根管充填系统,进行离体上颌中切牙热牙胶根管充填时根管表面温度变化.方法选择12颗离体上颌中切牙常规根管预备后,用Obtura Ⅱ系统进行热牙胶根管充填.用红外成像仪测定根管充填前离体牙牙根表面的温度,热牙胶进入根管并到达根管工作长度时再次测定根管表面温度,前后的差值代表根管表面温度的变化.结果Obtura Ⅱ热牙胶根管充填系统充填时可导致根管表面温度升高,差异有显著性,变化范围为4.5~9.8℃,平均7.3℃.结论Obtura Ⅱ热牙胶根管充填系统根管充填时根管表面温度升高,有统计学意义.Objective To investigate the root surface temperature changes produced by the ObturaⅡ system in vitro. Methods Twelve extracted maxillary central incisors were prepared using routine method. The root canals were obturated using the ObturaⅡ system. A infrared thermoviewer was used to measure the external root surface temperature before the obturation and at the point the obturation to the working length. Results The variations of temperature on the external surface were 4. 5~9.8℃. The average change was 7.3℃. Conclusion ObturaⅡ system would cause the temperature of the tooth root surface to increase.
