摘 要:本文报道了生菜、豌豆、辣椒作为食物对甜菜夜蛾生长发育及繁殖的影响。3个食物组幼虫历期之间有显著差异,其中生菜组历期最短(12.21d),辣椒组幼虫历期最长(17.98d);雌蛹历期辣椒组与其余两组差异显著,生菜组与豌豆组无显著差异,其中辣椒组雌蛹历期最长(11.28d),生菜组最短(9.62d)。3组间雄蛹历期差异均显著,其中辣椒组最长(13.06d),生菜组最短(10.41d)。雌蛹蛹重3组间差异均显著,其中辣椒组最轻(55.73mg),生菜组最重(83.11mg)。雄蛹蛹重辣椒组显著低于其余两组,另两组间无显著差异,其中辣椒组最轻(52.50mg),生菜组最重(72.29mg)。雌蛾寿命、产卵量、卵块孵化率辣椒组均显著低于其余两组,另两组无显著差异,其中生菜组雌蛾寿命最长(12.47d),产卵量最大(637粒),卵块孵化率最高(86.76%),辣椒组雌蛾寿命最短(9.81d),产卵量最少(431.5粒),卵块孵化率最低(56.61%)。为此,作者认为生菜、豌豆比辣椒更适合于甜菜夜蛾的生长发育和繁殖,主要与食物中可溶性糖与粗蛋白的比例有关。Effects of different foods on growth, development and reproduction of Beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua(Huebner) were investigated by using lettuce, pea, capsicum as larva foods. The results showed that there were significant differences among three groups in larval durations with the shortest (12.21days) in group lettuce ,and the longest larval duration (17.98 days) in group capsicum. Female pupal duration of group capsicum was significantly different with that of other two groups, in which no difference were detected. The group lettuce showed the shortest larval duration (9.62 days), while group capsicum showed the longest (11,28 days). There were also significant differences among 3 groups in male durations with the shortest (10.41 days) in group lettuce, the longest (13.06 days) in group capsicum . Differences in female pupal weights were significant among 3 groups, Group lettuce produced the largest pupae (83.11 mg), and group capsicum produced the smallest pupae (55.73 mg), The larvae reared on capsicum produced significantly smaller male pupae than that on the other two larval foods,but no difference were detected in the other groups. The lettuce group produced the largest pupae (72.29 mg), and group capsicum produced the smallest pupae (52.50 mg), The life duration of female, egg lald and hatched rate in group capsicrm were significantly shorter or lower than that of other two groups, with only 9.81 days , 431.5 eggs and 57.61% in average , respectively, while in group lettuce, and there were 12.47 days, 638 eggs and 86.76 % in average, respectively, which indicated that lettuce and pea were more suitable for the development and reproduction of Beet armyworm Spodoptera exigua (Huebner) than capsicum, mostly because of the differences in proportion of soluble sugar content and protein in foods.
