摘　　要：本文首先把学生证上的单个印刷体数码图像转化为位图格式,然后根据一定的阈值对图像进行色调过滤和二值化处理,并分块求其亮度平均,得到0和1组成的兼顾精度和复杂度的二值矩阵,最后把矩阵存储为文件供后续人工神经网络识别使用。实验结果表明该方案是可行的、有效的。Fist, the single print digital images in the students＇ certificates were transformed to bitmap tormat. Then according to some unique-value, the imageswere filtrated and processed to binary value, and divided up to some small blocks to calculate everyone. So can get the matrix including 0＆1 compromising between precision and complexity. Finally, save the matrix to some file used to recogntion by the latter artificial neural network. So the experiment result proves that the program is doable and effective.
