摘　　要：目的探讨多房性囊性肾瘤的声像图特点及超声检查对多房性囊性肾瘤的诊断价值。方法收集经手术病理证实的5例多房性囊性肾瘤的声像图,结合文献对其作回顾性分析。结果5例声像图均表现为肾内多房性囊性病变:在无回声暗区内有数量不等的高回声分隔,1例在囊性病变内显示实性回声,其余4例在囊性病变内未见实性结节;彩色多普勒超声扫查:4例病灶内部或周边未发现血流信号,1例在病灶周边及分隔内显示低速血流信号。结论多房性囊性肾瘤声像图表现具有特征性。超声检查有助于对多房性囊性肾瘤作出正确诊断。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of multilecular cystic nephroma and diagnostic value of ultrasonographic. Methods In total 5 cases of multilocular cystic nephroma were retrospectively analyzed by comparing the imaging findings with surgical and pathological results. Relevant literatures were reviewed. Results In all 5 cases, sonograms demonstrated a multilocular cystic mass, separated by multiple echogenic septa. The lesions were entirely composed of loculus and septa while no solid nodule was revealed in 4 cases. There was existence of solid component within cystic structures observed only in 1 case. Color Doppler flow images： only in I case, blood signals were revealed within the septum and in marginal area of the mass, in which flow waveform obtained had low velocity and low RI. In the other 4 cases, blood signals were absent. Conclusion The sonographic features of multilocular nephroma are characteristic. Ultrasonography is helpful for the diagnosis of multilocular cystic nephroma.
