摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢原发性恶性肿瘤的螺旋CT表现特点。方法回顾性分析100例经手术病理证实为卵巢恶性肿瘤的螺旋CT资料并与手术病理对照分析。结果①上皮性肿瘤88例(占88%),以囊实性为主,占79.5%,多有腹水、腹膜、网膜种植及淋巴结转移;②性索间质肿瘤5例(占5%),均为单侧,以囊实性肿块为主,占80%;③生殖细胞肿瘤7例(占7%),均为单侧,以实质性为主,占71.4%。结论螺旋CT对卵巢原发性恶性肿瘤有很高的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the spiral CT manifestations of malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Spiral CT findings in 100 cases of ovarian malignant tumors proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively and compared with surgical and pathological fingdings. Results ① Ovarian epithelial tumors were seen in 88 cases （88%）, presenting with a cystic mass with solid components（79.5% ）, and ascites, peritoneal or omental dissemination and metastatic lymphadenopathy were commonly revealed as well. ②Ovarian sex cord stromal tumors were found in 5 cases （5%） 〉 And in 80% of cases the tumors were unilateral and manifested a mass with cystic and parenchymal components. ③ Ovarian germ cell tumors were diagnosed in 7 cases （7%）. The tumors were all unilateral and solid mass in most cases （71.4%）. Conclusion Spiral CT is a valuable imaging modality in the diagnosis of primary malignant ovarian tumors.
