水煤浆在陶瓷辊道窑上燃烧的脱硫过程研究

摘　　要：对水煤浆在陶瓷辊道窑上燃烧时的自身脱硫过程进行了研究,建立了相应的脱硫过程数学模型。计算和实验表明:水煤浆燃烧时具有良好的自身脱硫效果,其脱硫效率大大优于煤粉燃烧时的情况。还分析了陶瓷辊道窑上燃烧水煤浆时的最佳脱硫条件。The desulfurization process of Coal-Water Slurry （CWS） combustion in a ceramic rolling kiln is analyzed and a mathematical model is established to describe the desulfurization process, It is shown that a sound desulfurization effect has been achieved in the combustion of Coal-Water Slurry both theoretically and practically. The desulfurization efficiency in CWS combustion is apparently higher than that in coal combustion, The most suitable conditions for desulfurization in CWS combustion has been proposed.
