摘　　要：目的评价艾素(Doctaxel)+顺铂(DDP)联合方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效和不良反应。方法对22例晚期食管癌经病理组织学确诊,使用Doctaxel35～40mg/m2,静脉滴注维持2小时,第1,8天;DDP25mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～4天;每三周为一疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果22例经过2个疗程化疗后,CR5例,PR11例,总有效率72.73%。主要毒副反应为剂量限制性骨髓抑制和脱发,病人均能耐受,无治疗相关死亡。结论DP方案适用于治疗老年或体弱的晚期食管癌,有效率较高的理想方案。Objective To evaluate curativeness and negative effect on combination of Doctaxel （Made dosmestically） and Cisplatin for curing advanced esophagus cancer Methods diagnose 22 patients of advanced esophageal cancer through pathology and histology. 3 weeks are defined to be a period of treatment. Apply intravenous drip of Doctaxel in 35-40mg/m^2 for 2 hours on the first and the eighth day of the period. Apply intravenous drip of DDP in 25mg/m^2 from the first to the forth day. Evaluate the curafiveneas after 2 consecutive period of treatment. Results CR 5 cases, PR 11 cases, Overall efficiency 72.73%. No treatment-related death has been reported. Major toxicties are marrow suppression and alopecia, but patiens are capable to tolerate Conclusions The DP regimen is applicable to cure advanced esophageal cancer for elderly and physically weak patiens. It is a highly effective ideal treatment.
