肩台瓷在临床金一瓷修复中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨肩台瓷边缘在临床金属烤瓷修复中的应用效果。方法:分别采用传统金瓷边缘非贵金属烤瓷冠和肩台瓷边缘非贵金属烤瓷冠两种方法修复牙体、牙列缺损,随访观察牙龈缘变色现象有无,检查修复体边缘密合度。结果:采用肩台瓷边缘非贵金属烤瓷冠修复可以有效避免牙龈缘变色现象。传统非贵金属烤瓷冠容易导致牙龈缘变暗、变黑。结论:采用肩台瓷边缘替代传统金瓷边缘,增强了美学效果,是一种有效的修复方式。Objective To explore the effects of applying Jiantai porcelain margin in clinical metal porcelain-biscuit restoring. Methods Separately adopted porcelain-biscuit coronal with traditional metal margin and non-noble metal, and with Jiantai porcelain margin and non-noble metal to restore the damaged teeth, and defective teeth, then observed whether the color of the gingival margin changed or not, checked the intensity of the tooth margin restored. Results The adoption of porcelain-biscuit coronal with Jiantai porcelain margin and non-noble metal may effectively avoid color of the gingival margin changed. It＇s easy to make the gingival margin dark and black by adopting porcelain-biscuit coronal with traditional metal margin and non-noble metal. Cortclusion Adopting Jiantai porcelain margin instead of the traditional metal margin enhances the esthetics effect. It is an effective restoring way.
