摘　　要：介绍了互动教学模式的特点,探讨了互动教学的实施方法,指出互动教学有利于全面推进素质教育改革,培养高素质的专业人才.In the paper, the author makes discussions on the characteristics and the ways of the interaction method in seaman skill training, and holds that the method is of great benefit to the promotion of the quality-oriented education reform and enhancement of the training quality.
