森田疗法在神经症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：研究样本来源于上海市精神卫生中心神经症病房的住院病人，２３例接受森田治疗的病人组成的“森田组”与２８名未接受系统心理治疗的病人组成的“对照组”之间对照研究表明：１．森田治疗对于神经症的治疗有效；２．森田治疗的疗效与对照组所用的其它疗法无明显差异；３．除年龄因素外，未发现与森田治疗疗效有显著相关的因素。Fifty一one inpatients admitted to Shanghai Mental Health Center and met the criteria forneurosis in Chinese Classifications for Mental Disorders一Version Ⅱ, were randomly assigned to Morita Therapygroup(n=23)or control group (n=28) for whom no systematic psychotherapy was administered, The resultsshowed that Morita therapy was effective for netirosis,but no significant difference in clinical efficay was foundbetween Morita group and control group. Considering no significant correlates,except the age of patients,of effficacy of Morita therapy were found, the authors suggested that more potential contributing factors should be included in further study.
