对实习医生口腔颌面外科门诊医疗行为的思考

摘　　要：由当今口腔颌面外科门诊实习的特点出发,分析了门诊实习这一过程本身所面临的突出矛盾;随着医疗法制的健全和医疗模式的转变,应当更加注重医学教育本身的伦理问题;在口腔颌面外科实习前应加强医学生的模拟训练,法制和伦理观念以及沟通技巧等入科前教育,带教老师和医院应当做好沟通和管理工作,相应的法规也应逐步健全,保障实习的顺利进行。According to the characteristic oI the practice in me outpauent dentofacial surgety, we analyzed the prominent contradiction in the process. With the progress of the medical service law and the innovation of the medical treatment mode, we must pay more attention to the ethics problems on the medical education. Before practice, we must strengthen the students＇ training in stimulator, the concept of legal, ethics, communication skill and so on. Teachers and hospitals should take the responsibility. The relevant laws and regulations ought to be modified step by step to ensure the practice.
