摘　　要：通过对财务报告在公司外部、内部治理机制中的作用分析,探讨了财务报告在公司治理中的角色地位,从而揭示财务报告与公司治理之间的内在联系。Through analyzing on the functions of the financial report in both external and internal managerial mechanisms of the company, is paper probes into the role and the position of the financial report in the management of the company, revealing the interior relationship between the company management and the financial report.
