摘　　要：阐述了以人为本的本质以及人本管理思想的运用,提出了图书馆在贯彻“以人为本”理念、加强人力资源管理中应采取的若干措施。This paper expounds the essence of the humanist conception and the application of the humanist management thought, and puts forward some measures that should be taken by the library in carrying out the humanist conception and strengthening the human resource management.
