三网技术在远程教学中的应用

摘　　要：针对远程教学的发展现状,提出了一种新的远程教学的实现方案.该方案利用三网(IP网、电话网和电视网)技术,将远程教学课堂的电子黑板、课件及实时课堂视音频等信息实时压缩成高效的DVB码流,并通过有线电视传输系统将这些信息传送到各有线电视用户家中,学员在家中就可以利用计算机、机顶盒实时收看和保存相关的课堂信息,同时也可通过网络(宽带IP,PSTN网)进行实时网上提问,教师可以通过网络实现实时视音频答疑.A new project, aimed at the development of distance teaching, is given in this paper. Electric blackboard, courseware, real-time video and audio signals of classroom teaching are coded and compressed into a high efficient DVB code-stream. The digital signal of DVB codestream is transmitted into homes of CATV-users by means of three-networks （IP-network, telephone-network, CATV-network） technology. Students can browse and save some teaching information with computer or CATV-TopSet. At the same time, mutual communication of questions and answers from students and teachers could also be realized with real-time video and audio on the network.
