摘　　要：目的:探讨显微手术治疗马尾肿瘤的可行性和技术。方法:回顾性分析11例马尾肿瘤的临床资料。结果:9例马尾肿瘤手术全切除(82%)、术后都恢复良好,无复发。部分切除2例,恢复良好。结论:显微手术切除马尾肿瘤大都数能取得全切除和良好疗效。Objective： To study the feasibility of microsurgical techniques in treatment cauda equina tumor. Methods： 11 cases with cauda equina tumor treated by microsurgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Total resection had been made in 9 cases （82%） by microsurgery. They all have good efficacy and no recurrence. Part resection had been made in only 2 cases. They also have good results. Conclusion：Most of cauda equina tumors can be totally removed and have good therapeutic effect by microneurosurgery.
