灯盏细辛对犬急性心肌缺血时AT－Ⅲ活性、tPA和PAI的影响

摘　　要：用３０条麻醉开胸犬观察灯盏细辛对犬急性心肌缺血时ＡＴ－Ⅲ活性、ｔＰＡ和ＰＡＩ的影响。结果表明：１．灯盏细辛能够使缺血后ＡＴ－Ⅲ活性完全恢复至冠脉阻断前水平．缺血后６０ｍｉｎ和６ｈ与对照组相比。存在非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；与潘生丁组相比，无显著差异。２．灯盏细辛能够提高缺血后ｔＰＡ浓度，缺血后６ｈ与对照组或潘生丁组相比，均存在明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。３．灯盏细辛能降低缺血后ＰＡＩ浓度．缺血后６０ｍｉｎ和６ｈ，与对照组或潘生丁组相比均存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），灯盏细辛对缺血早期ＡＴ－Ⅲ活性、ｔＰＡ和ＰＡＩ的影响可能是灯盏细辛抗心肌缺血的作用原理。This paper reports that the influence of Breviscapin to AT-Ⅲ activity,TPA and PAI of health anasethtised dogs was observed during the early myocardial ischemia.The results showed that Breviscapin could recover fully the level of AT-Ⅲ activity after coronary occlusion.The difference between the Breviscapin and the control group was very obvious at 60 minutes and 6 hours after ischemia(P<0.001).The difference between the Breviscapin and the dipyridamole group was not clear,The Breviscapin could elevate the Ievel of tPA after ischemia,Contrast Breviscapin group with the control or dipyridamole group,there was difference at 6 hours after ischemia (P<0.05).In addition,Breviscapin could decrease the Ievel of PAI.Contrast Breviscapin group with the control or dipridamole group,there were very difference at 60 minutes and 6 hours after ischemia(P<0.01).These changes might be due to the antiischemia effect of Breviscapin.
