某铁路卫校学生自卑状况的调查

摘　　要：目的:了解铁路卫校学生中自卑状况的分布;分析自卑与性别、心理健康及神经衰弱等因子的关系。方法:采用流行病学现况调查,自填问卷法收集资料。结果:自卑总检出率为10.3%;男性中检出率11.9%,女性中检出率为10.1%,男女间自卑的分布差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.333,P=0.564)。自卑在不同心理健康人群中分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=106.341,P<0.001),其RR值为10.00。结果:该校学生自卑的发生率较低,自卑的发生与心理健康及神经衰弱有一定关系。Objective： To investigate the prevalence of inferiority among medical students and explore its related faetors.Methods： Questionnaire include 3 groups questions were completed by all the inquisition objects. Inquisition objects were divided into inferiority group and normal group, then two groups＇ distribution of different factors were analysed.Results： Among students responded to the investigation, 65.8% reported suffering from insomnia,There was no difference in the prevalence rate of inferiority between boys and girls （ x^2 = 0.333, P = 0.564） .The prevalence rate of inferiority was significant in different psychogenic health groups （x^2 = 106.341, P 〈 0.001 ）, and it was also significant in neurasthenic group and normal group （x^2 = 160.354, P 〈 0.001） .Conclusion： The rate of inferiority is low in this shcool, psychogenic health and neurasthenic are the affect factorss of inferiority.
