摘　　要：从高新技术产业集群的关键资源识别出发,研究资源整合与区域创新系统关系,并在区域层面上,提出了资源整合与区域创新系统相结合的理念、途径和模式。From the viewpoint of resources integration, this paper firstly discusses the key resources in high-tech industrial clusters; and then investigates on the relationship between resources integration and regional innovation system. Finally, on the regional level, the authors put forward the idea, the way and the mode of combination between resources integration and regional innovation system.
