摘　　要：目的探讨脑膜瘤中整合素β1、3α的表达及其生物学意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测43例脑膜瘤、5例正常硬脑膜及5例蛛网膜中整合素β1、3α以及K i-67的表达。结果在Ⅰ级及Ⅱ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤中,整合素β1的免疫组化阳性率分别为40.0、87.5%,整合素3α的免疫组化阳性率分别为80.0、37.5%,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);整合素β1及3α的表达与K i-67标记指数均有相关关系。结论整合素β1、3α亚基参与脑膜瘤的增殖调控。随着整合素β1表达的增高及3α表达的减少,肿瘤细胞的增殖活性升高,恶性程度增加;并与脑膜瘤的侵袭性生物学行为有关。Objective To investigate the expression of integrinβ1 and integrin α3 in meningiomas and its biological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to determine the expression of integrin β1, integrin α3, and Ki-67 nuclear antigen in the meningiomas （43 cases）, normal dura（5 cases）and arachnoid （5 cases）. Results In grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ meningiomas, the positive expression rates of integrin β1 were 40.0% and 87.5%, respectively; the positive expression rates of integrin α3 were 80. 0% and 37.5%, respectively （P〈0. 05）. Moreover, the expression of integrin β1 and α3 was associated with Ki-67 labeling index. Conclusion Integrin β1 and α3 participates the regulating process of proliferation of meningiomas. The proliferativel activity and malignant grade of meningiomas correlates to increased expression of integrin β1 and decreased expression of integrin α3. The expression of integrin β1 and α3 is associated with the invasive biological behavior in meningiomas.
