全瓷桩核的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨Cosmopost全瓷桩核的临床适应证与修复效果。方法:分别制作全瓷桩核+铸瓷全冠、金属桩核+铸瓷全冠、金属桩核+金属烤瓷冠、活髓天然牙+铸瓷全冠各20个,用Shade-Eye电脑比色仪测定四者的Shade值,并与相邻天然牙的Shade值相比较,临床复查修复体颜色、形态、边缘适合性及松动、脱落、折断情况。结果:全瓷桩核+铸瓷全冠与金属桩核+铸瓷全冠、金属桩核+镍铬合金烤瓷冠在颜色上有差异,与活髓天然牙+铸瓷全冠无差异,全瓷桩核在外观颜色方面明显优于金属桩核(P<0.01)。全瓷桩核的边缘适合性与松动、脱落、折断率和金属桩核无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:与金属桩核相比,Cosmopost全瓷桩核颜色美观,有较好的边缘适合性和力学性能,临床上应严格掌握其适应证,积极推广应用。Objective To evaluate the difference of indication and effect of Cosmopost ceramic post between metal post in clinic. Methods 20 full ceramic crowns were made for 20 pieces full ceramic posts made by Cosmopost, 20 metal posts made by Ni-Cr alloy and 20 natural teeth respectively. 20 porcelain-fused-metal crowns were made for 20 pieces metal posts. The color and broken of all restorations were checked in clinic ,the color of the four groups were compared by Shade-Eye computer guide machine. Results Full ceramic crowns for ceramic posts were better than PFM crowns for metal posts in color significantly（P〈0.01）,and were similar to full ceramic crowns for natural teeth（P〉 0. 05）,the fracture rate was no different between ceramic posts and metal posts（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Cosmopost ceramic posts can be used in clinic ,but the full ceramic post has smaller indication than metal post.
