摘　　要：针对传统工程项目组织管理模式的弊端,提出以工程项目动态联盟为核心,通过构建工程项目全寿命周期、全系统和全过程集成化管理系统平台,实现工程项目动态联盟集成化管理。从信息交流模式、集成管理模型和多目标综合调控体系模型等方面对基于”3TIMS”平台的工程项目动态联盟集成化管理模式进行了探讨,并对系统平台集成方案进行了分析和构想。Aiming at limitation of traditional construction project management mode, presented integrated management mode of virtual organization in project through constructing total life cycle, total system and total process integrated management system platform with the core of the virtual organization of project. Then, the paper discussed the integrated management mode of virtual organization based on the “3TIMS”platform in project from several aspects, such as information exchange mode, integrated management model and multiobject integrated harmonization ＆ control system model and etc. Furthermore, the paper analyzed and constructed scheme of the “3TIMS” integrated platform.
