摘  要:通过对5龄家蚕添食苋菜红、日落黄、胭脂红,洋红和洋绿等食用色素的试验,初步结果认为,这些色素都不能被蚕体吸收,进入血腔;各种色素对蚕体的生命率都有一定影响,差异很大,其中以洋绿的毒性最大,洋红次之,再次是苋菜红,日落黄和胭脂红则较弱;色素添食对产量和茧质也有一定影响。Toxic effects of food color additives: amaranth red, sunset yellow, kermes red, magenta red and green are tested on silkworm larvae, Bombyx mori by oral administration in different concentration. Results showed that all the tested food color additives could not be absorbed in the silkworm digestive canal, therefore, none of them can change the original color of silkworm larvae. All of the food color additives selected in the present experiment had negative effect on silkworm vitality, and significant difference was observed among different additives. Furthermore, negative effects on silkworm economic characters such as cocoon yield, cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight were also found and significant variations were observed in different treatments.
