摘　　要：在新的历史条件下,如何继承和创新思想政治工作,是一个重要的课题。新时期思想政治工作要贴近时代、贴近医院工作实际、贴近心灵。从把握时代脉搏,结合工作实际,维护职工切身利益,体现人文关怀等方面开展和创新思想政治工作,使思想政治工作为医院的建设和发展提供强大的精神动力和有力的思想保证。Under the new historical conditions, how to inherit and innovate political and ideological work is an important subject, The political and ideological work in a new age must be dose to times, to the practical work in a hospital, and to the souls, thus to hold the pulse of times, integrate practice, maintain medical workers＇ interest, show human care and innovate the political and ideological work. Only in this way can political and ideological planning and absolute marketing provide the strong spiritual dynamic and powerful ideological assurance.
