摘　　要：社会主义和谐社会,立意深远,内涵丰富。要从和谐社会的保障、前提、重心、道德基础、必然要求等方面,深刻理解和把握构建社会主义和谐社会的内涵特征和价值目标,全面落实科学发展观,促进我国经济、社会协调发展和全面进步。It is meaningful and connotative to construct the socialistic harmonious society. It is desired that one should understand and grasp the characteristic of intention and the aim of valuation of constructing the socialistic harmonious societydeeply from the safeguard, the precondition, the centre of gravity, the basic ofmorality, the inevitable request of harmonious society, in order to implement the scientific viewpoint of development thoroughly, and accelerate our country＇s economy and society to develop harmoniously and to advance thoroughly.
