河南马桑中氨基酸和微量元素的测定

摘　　要：采用氨基酸自动分析仪对河南马桑中的氨基酸进行分析,用原子吸收的方法对植物中所含的微量元素进行测定.测定出马桑中18种氨基酸的含量及微量元素K、C a、F e、M n、Cu、Zn的含量.马桑中含量最高的氨基酸是谷氨酸,占氨基酸总量的12.09%.微量元素中钙的含量最高,达45 m g/g.Amino acid analyzer and atomic absorption photometry assay are used to determine the amino acids and trace elements in the extract of Coriaria sinica Maxim. The extract contains 18 kinds of amino acids and 6 kinds of important trace elements. Glutamic acid and calaium are the most in Coriaria sinica Maxim.
