摘　　要：建立和完善学生体育运动技能教学运行机制,旨在有效地促进教风和学风的良性发展,培养和提高学生的职业技能,以适应社会对体育人才的发展需求.通过4年的教学实践,以“学生技能大赛”为支点的综合教学运行机制发挥了应有的作用,初步达到了预期的目标.Setting up and perfecting students＇ sports technical performance teaching operating mechanism, aiming at promoting the benign developments of the wind and style of teaching study effectively, training and improving students＇ vocational skills, meeting the development demand for sports talents of the society.
