摘　　要：分配问题,是人们关心的热门话题,也是高校人事制度改革的核心课题。就构建高校内部分配体系的指导思想及基本原则、校内分配体系的构成进行了探索。Assignment is a hot issue and the kernel of personnel system reform in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the leading thought and the basic principle of conceiving the inner assignment system, and the composition of the inner assignment system.
