三种水解酶在胃癌细胞中的分布及意义

摘  要:采用酶组织化学、免疫组织化学法及电镜技术研究芳香硫酸酯酶、β-半乳糖苷酶及溶菌酶在胃癌细胞中的分布与癌细胞的分化和浸润的关系,结果发现粘液细胞癌的超微结构特点是易见内质网、高尔基复合体及多量的分泌颗粒,三种水解酶的反应强度均高于低分化及高分化腺癌(P<0.01),其癌周的纤维组织及平滑肌消失。结果提示粘液细胞癌的GERL系统分化较成熟,能分泌多种水解酶,破坏癌周间质,有利于癌细胞的浸润和扩散。 630046The relationship between the arylsufa tase, β-galactosidase, lysozyme and the differ- entiation and invasion of gastric carcinoma were investigated by means of histochemical, immunohistochemical and electron-microscop- ic techniques. The results showed that the Golgi complex, endoplasmic reticulum and se- cretory granules were found in mucous cell carcinoma, in which the reaction of foremen- tioned three type hydrolyses was more intense than that in poorly-differentiated and well-dif- ferentiated adenocarcinoma(P<0.O1), and the fibrous tissues and smooth muscle were not found in the extra-cellular matrix close to the mucous cell carcinoma. This study suggests that GERL (Golgi complex, endoplasmic retic- ulum and lysosome) system of mucous cell car- cinoma was mature, which may secrete various hydrolyses inducing degradation of peri-can- cerous matrix and facilitating invasion and metastasis.
