5-Fu腹腔化疗预防裸鼠人结肠癌细胞肝转移

摘　　要：利用裸鼠人结肠癌细胞肝转移模型观察术后早期大剂量大容积5-Fu腹腔化疗预防裸鼠经脾接种的人结肠癌细胞肝转移的疗效。结果表明:术后早期5-Fu40mg/NS,40ml/kg每天一次,连续二天的腹腔化疗可使裸鼠肝转移发生率降低40%,平均每只裸鼠肝转移瘤数目减少50.89%,平均每只裸鼠生存时间延长48.21%。A model of liver metastases of human colonic cancer (HCC) cell in nude mice was used to observe the effect in the prevention of liver metastases of HCC cells with early post- operative intraperitoneal chemotherapy by us- ing large dose and large volume of 5-Fu. Our results showed that the incidence of liver metastases was decreased by 40%. the mean number of metastatic liver nodules of each nude mice was reduced by 50.89% and the mean survival time of each unde mice was pro- longed by 48.21% in 5-Fu 40mg/NS 40 ml/ kg QDX2 group when compared with the con- trol group. This study provided a new and more effective adjuvant chemotherapeutic ap- proach in the prevention of intra-abdominal recurrence and liver metastases after curative resection of large bowel cancer.
