摘　　要：业务流程框架设计是企业流程再造过程中不可或缺的一个重要环节。论文在比较分析的基础上,规范了流程分类方法,将企业流程分为三类:战略流程、经营流程和支持流程。从理论和实践的角度,总结了企业流程框架设计的基本要求。依照这些要求,对不同学者和研究机构的流程框架设计思路进行了比较分析,设计了一般企业的流程框架,并按照这种思路设计了财产保险公司的流程框架。Designing of business process frame is the key step in business process reengineering. The designing should be on basis of normative classification and meet five rules. It is standardized to sort business processes into three ： strategic, operating and supporting process. By summarizing and analyzing different designing ways, the business process frame in a corporation is designed in the paper. Furthermore, it is also designed for the insurance company according to the attributes of operating activities in those companies.
