摘 要:为满足学生要求,三峡大学医学院解剖学教研室为部分四年级临床医学专业学生开展了“局部解剖学与外科手术学相结合的第二课堂教学活动”。在教学活动中,打破常规,转变教学观念,在改革教学内容的同时改革教学方法,以学生为中心,采用“自学、操作、报告、讲解、论文”的方法,凸现学生在教学中的主体地位,转变学生的学习方式,着力培养和提高学生的学习能力,取得了显著的教学效果,提高了教学质量。这一改革,也促进了局部解剖学与外科手术学整合的教学改革。To meet the students' command, the teaching- research section of the Medical College of CTGU specially carries out second classroom instruction on the combination of regional anatomy and surgery for some clinical medicine students of Grade 4. In this activity, the teaching staff go off the beaten track, and vary the conventional teaching opinions. When the reform of teaching content is carried out, the reform of teaching method is brought up at the same time. They grope a crossing teaching method with the main clue of five steps - self- study, operation, report, interpretation, and thesis, which embodies students' principal status in teaching and improves students' learning methods. Moreover, great efforts are made to cultivate and improve students' learning capabilities. In this way a satisfying teaching result is realized, and the teaching quality is improved as well. Besides, this reform also promotes another teaching reform, that is the combination of regional anatomy and surgery.
