脑胶质瘤患者白细胞介素6和血小板衍化生长因子的变化

摘　　要：探讨白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６）和血小板衍化生长因子（ＰＤＧＦ）在脑胶质瘤发病机理中的作用及临床意义。用酶联免疫吸附试验和生物活性法检测了２７例脑胶质瘤患者手术前后脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）中ＩＬ－６和ＰＤＧＦ的含量，并与对照组比较，结果脑胶质瘤患者ＣＳＦ中ＩＬ－６，ＰＤＧＦ含量（２．０４±０．０２μｇ／Ｌ，（１９１±２１）×１０＾３Ｕ／Ｌ）平均高于对照组（０．５１±０．０１μｇ／Ｌ，（４１±９）×１０＾３Ｕ／Objective To study the roles of interleukin-6(IL-6)and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)in the pathogenesis of malignant glioma and their significance.Methods Enzyme-linked im- munosorbent assay and bioactivity assay were used to measure the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)levels of IL- 6 and PDGF in 27 patients with malignant glioma before and after operation.Results The CSF levels of IL-6 and PDGF in patients with malignant glioma were significantly higher than that in the control subjects(P<0.01).On the thirtieth day after operation,the CSF levels of IL-6 and PDGF were signif- icantly lower compared with that in the preoperative ones,but did not reach the control levels,and the CSF levels of IL-6 and PDGF were higher in patients with recurrence compared with that in patients without recurrence and controls(P<0.01).Conclusions The elevation of IL-6 and PDGF level is re- lated to the pathogenesis of malignant glioma;Determination of CSF level of IL-6 and PDGF is of great significance in assessing prognosis and monitoring early malignant glioma recurrence.
