中美大学学科馆员的初步比较研究

摘　　要：文章基于对中国和美国大学图书馆学科馆员现状的调研,从人员素质、工作模式、工作内容、工作待遇几方面对二者进行了初步比较,并对中国实行学科馆员制度提出了若干建议。Based on literature review and website survey, the author compares the liaison librarians in the Chinese universities and the US universities from aspects such as the qualification, service pattern, job description and rewards. The paper also makes some suggestions on the implementation of the liaison librarian program in Chinese universities.
